Job Description

As a dynamic Business Development Executive specializing in interior design and fit-out, you will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and leading strategic negotiations. With a keen understanding of design trends and project management, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and fostering innovative solutions that align with client needs and elevate our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior design and fit-out industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and corporate clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, new materials, and design trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of business activities, client interactions, and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of business development experience in UAE, specifically in interior projects or fit-out industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Strong network and understanding of the UAE interior design and construction sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and digital marketing tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
