Where Minimalism Meets Functionality

Spanning 1,800 square feet, this office is more than just a workspace—it’s a carefully curated experience. Designed with clean lines, natural materials, and a warm, neutral color palette, the space reflects the simplicity and sophistication of Scandinavian aesthetics. From private cabins to collaborative work pods, every element has been thoughtfully placed to enhance workflow and comfort.

One of the biggest challenges in designing this office was maximizing space without overcrowding it. To achieve this, curvilinear design elements were introduced, subtly shaping the space while maintaining an airy and open feel.

Designed for Productivity & Collaboration

Every aspect of this office has been created with productivity in mind:

Optimized Layout

The office features cabins, meeting rooms, 24 workstations, and collaborative pods, ensuring functionality for teams of all sizes.

Acoustic Comfort

With sound-absorbing panels on walls and ceilings, as well as writable boards placed strategically around workstations, brainstorming sessions can happen seamlessly without disrupting others.

Flexible Meeting Spaces

A bi-fold door system in the meeting room allows for easy transformation between private discussions and open collaboration.

A Space to Unwind

Understanding the importance of employee well-being, a lounge area with a TV and PlayStation offers a space to de-stress and recharge.

Blending Design with Employee Well-being

A well-designed workspace is not just about aesthetics—it’s about creating an environment where people feel inspired and comfortable. At Baraka Financial Limited’s DIFC office, the use of natural wood finishes, neutral curves, and ergonomic furnishings brings a sense of warmth and cohesion. Meanwhile, strategic design choices ensure the office remains practical, fostering both focus and collaboration.

By striking the perfect balance between functionality and style, this office stands as a testament to modern workplace design—one that is minimalistic, efficient, and full of character.
